Rachyl is late to a photoshoot for a perfume ad. She has a brief conversation with another model on set at her dressing table. She is given a special “present”…
Caution: Language, drug references
“Bitch, I didn’t think you’d show.”
“Me either, gumdrops. Me either.”
“You look gorgeous,” Katina complemented, sarcastically.
“Fuck you very much! And don’t stop doing that,” she cooed, referring to the rubdown she was getting. “Remember that two week bender we had in Rio? That’s how I feel right now.”
“When’s the last time you actually slept?”
“I don’t know… a few days. Something like that.”
“Here,” Katina said.
She dropped a tiny plastic baggy over Rachyl’s head. It landed gently in her lap. It was filled with a dull, thick white powder.
“What is it?” she questioned, looking over her shoulder.
“Just a lil’ somethin’ somethin’,” she said, smirking.
“No, really, what is it? I’m really fucked up right now.”
“It’s makes you pretty. Really pretty!” she said, laughing.
“Katina, I’m already pretty,” she countered, smirking.
“It’s my party salad! Trust me,” she said, staring at herself in the mirror. She smoothed her hair, pouted her lips and continued, “And it’s fucking amazing.”
“Thanks, doll face.”
“Oh… No, no. It’s not that kind of present, baby,” she said, laughing. “Take a bump or whatever you need, but I want it back.”
“What? Like right here?”
“But everyone’s staring at me!”
“As if they didn’t already know,” she said, patting Rachyl’s shoulder.
“Screw it! You’re right.”
Rachyl bent over and pinched the small container open. Using her manicured fingernail, she dug in gently and scooped out a small portion into the groove of her nail. She sniffed the delicate powder up her nose and immediately felt a stinging burn. Her eyes watered. This was different than her usual vice. This was hardcore.
“That’s my girl!” Katina cooed, clapping her hands together. “That little sting will subside in about five seconds, and then, you’ll be flying higher than I am, sweetie.”
“Loves it,” Rachyl replied, smiling happily.
They both heard a loud male voice scream, “Katina! I need you now!”
“That’s Ryan,” she said, rolling her eyes. “He’s a prick. Can’t tell his ass from his own head, but he takes a fierce picture. Gotta go, darling!” She planted a wet kiss on the side of Rachyl’s face leaving a pink lip print. “Text me later.”
